1901 census. James McEneany living with parents at 25 Roker Av, Sunderland
1905 Sarah Rogers marries James McEneany
1906 Edward McEneany born Sunderland
1909 Owen McEneany dies age 70 in Sunderland (presumably father of James)
1911 census.
1916 Gordon McEneany born Sunderland, mother maiden name Rogers. There is some doubts in the family that James McEneany was the father.
An Ancestry tree gives the marriage to Sarah Rogers and two children, the second being Charles Gordon McEneany in 16 June 1916 in Sunderland. But it also gives MIC which shows him landing in Gallipoli 7 Aug 1915, which casts doubt on the MIC man being the father of that child (the mother's names is certainly Rogers). There is no death of A Sarah McEneany shown in the relevent period. On closer inspection, I found the MIC man's service record, and it is someone else altogether, born in Drogheda, Meath and with a wife Kate there. So the MIC is nothing to do with the Sunderland man.
1920 Sarah McEneany marries Lees B Jobling in Sunderland. The Ancestry tree has her previous husband as James McEneany
