Records exist today for the Bavarian, but not for the Prussian, Army
So Bavarian records have three records, for Keogh;
1) Georg Kehoe, 17 Jan 1891, Stadt Tullomore Kreis König Irland (Ireland)
2) Georg Kehor, 17 Jan 1891, Fellemore König Elend Irland (Ireland)
3) Georg Michael Köniz, 17 Jan 1891, Pullamore König-eland Irland (Ireland)
Michael Keogh served in the Bavarian Army
He served under the name Georg Kehoe, born Tullamore, Kings County, Ireland 17 Jan 1891. His rank is Feldwebel. His profession appears to be some sort of army rank, and his address is which appears to be Stolp. (1918 Apr, when news of Dowling's capture in Clare reached him, Keogh was working at the Flying Corps aerodrome workshops at Stolp.)

The Bavarian Record gives his next of kin

He gives his next of kin as Maria R Kehoe, a housewife living at 346 West 46th St, New York, USAThe 3 Jul 1918 is where hospitalisation entries go on the record, so he appears to have been in hospital 3 Jul 1918
He gives the major battles he has fought in prior to joining the Bavarian Army as below. I cannot decipher them other than to see that one was claimed to be in the Phillipines in 1920. The other could be in Mexico

And the section that reads, I cannot decipher. It refers to 5 May 1918

And his claimed pre Bavarian Army service is. This appears show him claiming to have served in Phillipines War with US Cavalry. It becomes too difficult to follow his claims of movements after that

US service was from 8th June 1907 to May 1912, his records also state he served at Fort Riley 7th Cavalry. His records state "Fort George Manila"
A "George M Keogh" who served with the 7th Cavalry from 1908-9 from New York.
